Kicks / Jumps / Turns
To master consistent multiple turns, soaring leaps and high, controlled, kicks you have to be dedicating time each week to strength, stretch and conditioning combinations. KJT is a conditioning class for our Performance Team dancers aged 7+
An elite dancer works on their technical craft ALL year long. The exercises in this class are geared towards taking a dancer’s kicks, jumps and turns to the next level. Every term we will focus on mastering challenging technical combinations. We will learn conditioning exercises guaranteed to increase balance, flexibility and strength. If you love technique, and want to be pushed to the edge of your ability, then this is the class for you!
Please note, this is purely a technique class, aimed at developing impressive range of movement and athletic consistency.
